We don't have fluffy, pretty mission statements which are just for show. Our mission, vision and values work hard for us (but we treat them well), and we use them in everything we do. Don't be fooled by their tendency to wax lyrical. Deep down, they're tough as rhino's rear-end.   They need to be pretty strong because it's our ethos which launches our fantastic activities and ignites our ground-breaking approach to education.
